The drop off location was part of a BP gas station & convenience store. Although a U-Haul representative was not present, the convenience store attendant was able to contact the U-Haul representative, and I was able to complete the drop off process.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was the drop off point for a very bad experience with UHAUL. At no point could anyone answer a question because I was always told the system is down. Good luck getting anyone on the phone as well!! Just terrible.
JERRY MSuper friendly and welcoming. Safe location to drop off and transaction was very smoothly. Would definitely recommend!
ANTIONETTE FNo changes needed, easy process, store mgr was very nice, professional and easy to deal with.
Larry RVery friendly and accommodated a last minute change from a different location. Did not have the dolly, and there was some trash and grime in the cab. But we hoped/understood that could have been because of the last-minute booking.
