Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe customer care person was rude and had an attitude issue. Two other customers walked out and was complaining about the poor assistance and the bad attitude they received from the lone customer care person.. After being given my paperwork, the customer care person told me that my rented equipment was outside. After standing out side waiting for assistance I walked back inside and asked him for assistance, his reply was "I am waiting on a customer " so I grabbed the first tow dolly I saw and began struggling with the equipment and attached it to my vehicle. He didn't seem to care whether or not that I had the correct equipment nor whether it was properly attached to my vehicle.
LESTER MI received my rental 1 1/2 hours late. Also upon taking it back after putting $33.00 worth of gas in the truck, the mileage till empty continued to go down. I tried to explain that to the attendants, but they had no clue of what I was saying. I will never rent from this location again.
LORA JNothing. The service was spectacular.
