I drove the vehicle 23 miles. I put 3,00 $ gas in. U-haul check-in employee told me the gauge was on 1/4 when I checked it out. It was not. HE told me I would be charged 60,00 $ for returning truck with less gas in it. I was tired from moving. I did not take it to get more gas. Check in person also told me that there was dust on the floor of the truck. I would be charged a cleaning fee unless I swept it out. This does not seem right.WALTER J.

I have rented from this uhaul teieatedky over the past year, and I must say my experience until this last rental was outstanding. Unfortunately, they have an employee who treats you like a criminal for pretty much showing up. There was a point I I asked if I should raise my hands in the air. I was blown away by his attitude and severe lack of customer respect. There are no markers at this location from the main Brazil St entrance to indicate which direction to drive or where to park your rented vehicle. I've not been the one who drops off in the past, so I was unaware. I parked in the wrong place, that was his problem. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable, to the extent I believe I will be using another location until I know he is gone.KIMBERLY LEE P.

Not the friendliest worker but it worked. The online reservation was for 7am to 8pm. Got there and worker stated it wouldn't be that time but 730am to 630pm. That would be terrible to have plans change without notice. I was flexible though.BOBBY JOE H.
The salesmen need some additional training. The initial employee gave me some else's rental contract. And sent my personal info picture of my drivers license to someone else. Afterwards, the return took forty minutes and the second employee was slow and rude.PHYLLIS H.

When we went to return the U-Haul no one was at the site. Us and four other customers were there for over an hour waiting for an employee to turn in the U-Hauls and no one ever came. And the online self return and self-checking wasn't working either. So the only thing we could do is take a picture of ourselves dropping the key in the box.Jacqueline C.

The person working the morning I returned my Uhaul, I belive his name was James, was extremely rude and humiliated me to and in front of other customers. He would not answer my questions regarding a return I had for some boxes and other supplies. Other customers began to also say negative things to me. Terrible experience. I tried to call Uhaul mainline while this was going on in store, unfortunately, I was on hold for 37 minutes and hung up. I will never go there again and will not use Uhaul.MYLE T.
The guy who was there when I rented my truck refused to give me an estimate on returning the truck where I was moving which was an hour and a half away. Then he also only gave me a few hours to do it and considering I was driving to Tacoma to Everett that seemed impossible but it ended up costing a lot driving it back and the fact that I was stranded after moving. This employee by not letting me out even giving me a price estimate other than â€œtripleâ€ which it ended up being at the end made my move hell and extremely expensive. He wouldn't even try to work with me at all. And I did rent the truck prior to this day.HEATHER S.

I wouldn't tell anyone to go to uhaul! I was charged for 79miles when I only went 8 miles round trip!! Where and how did these 71 miles get logged!?!!!!! Two days I get the charge but 79 miles no! I can give gps mileage for where I went! What shady mileage scheme do y'all have going on and no one has caught on yet!?Deseri H.
Overcharged on mileage! To and from = 7.5miles x 2 = 15 miles total. I was charged for 84.40 miles. And, cannot get a hold of customer service! Very pissed off!RENEE S.

not have me drive an hour and a half out of my way to pick up the trailer in a different city/county rather than the city that i WANTED to pick it up at.....i passed the uhaul where i WANTED to pick the trailer up at and there were PLENTY of trailers there...it was les than 2 miles from my destination ...i didnt find out that i had to drive an extra hour and a half (one way) until the morning of...if i wouldnt have looked CLOSELY at the email i would have drove all the way to the city that i WANTED to pick the trailer up at and would have been jacked.....throw the mean non enthusiastic (almost snotty) employee that only got friendly as i left and i would say it was a COMPLETELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ....i this the whole thing gave me uhaul PTSD -_- ....but he trailer was good....Dewey M.
We had to put gas in first thing, because the gas gauge showed very little gas in the tank. This took time out of our move at the beginning of our move.Luis C.
