Ronald PWhere I was originally scheduled to drop off truck at 424 Court St. in Talladega was closed and only open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday. What kind of business has 3 hours per week. Terrible. Then I was on hold for 30 minutes waiting for a Hhaul representative on the phone and they never answered. Finally, I called another local dealer (The only one that would answer the phone) and he was fantastic. Had the contract changed to his location for drop off. So national Uhaul and the location at 424 Court St. in Talladega rate poor.
Allan BThe Customer service was courteous and accomodating toward our needs.
