Second time I had to completely change plans due to my pickup location changing at the last minute and zero notifications concerning remote pickup. Also truck size changes I didn't ask for. Will probably not be using Uhaul again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was supposed to pick up the truck at a uhaul location. I was texted the day prior changing the location. I assumed the text was just a confirmation, my mistake for not looking closer. The pick-up location wasn't far but the process was much more difficult and I wasn't prepared.
Robert GThe truck was dirty and the truck was on E. The key kept getting stuck in the ignition.
Marquia CThey didn’t have the dollies that I reserved. I had to go to a different location to pickup the dollies.
Roland MThe owner was very supportive from pick up to returning the truck. Will definitely recommend to anybody looking to rent a moving truck.
