All paperwork must be done online. You must have it done before you get to the location. All they do is give you the key. The online registration is very very confusing. Good luck

Charged a cleaning fee after I returned it cleaned.
Christopher RWhen I arrived there was a sign on the door, ring bell for service. No one answered. I person came out and said to do everything on the phone. I called the 1 800 number and they said everything was good and take the trailer. Later that day I received a call that said I had the trailer illegally without a contract and if I didnt complete the contract I could be picked up by the police.I completed the contract but needless to say this is not how to treat customers.
raymond kThis location is horrible to deal with, I have had more than one issue here. It has been so bad, that I have asked for the district manager to call me, and that person refuses to do so. Even better customer service!
