No one was present so I checked the No box for was the personnel helpful. Parking was pretty tight for the uhaul at this location but luckily there was a spot right by the road open so we didn’t have to 3 point turn in. Just would’ve been incredibly challenging if that spot wasn’t open! Especially in a 20 ft truck.

Dimitar ITaking pictures of everything before/after was the worst part of the process. Very slow, very glitchy, and very frustrating. Please don’t make customers do this. It wastes time moving the items they need to.
Ryan AI have rented a couple of times from this location and each time had mobile issues and check in took approximately 30-45 minutes, standing in the sun. This time, I was incorrectly charged due to a mobile issue, because the location only operates through the mobile app; there is no one on-site to speak with. I provided evidence of the issue and what the correct charge should have been and was still denied a refund from management. What should have been a $57 charge turned into a $212 charge, I am disappointed and at a loss.
