The tank was completely empty. I ended up putting in $150 worth of gas

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe station in Tampa needs assistance in managing their site in all areas. Agent was courteous but very casual in appearance and service. Site was untidy.
Wayne YFirst of all, this wasn't even my original pickup at 7am. I tried to pick up from that location and my reserved uhaul didn't even start. So then I had to drive over to this location, deal with a 3 hour delay, and their unprofessionalism. Here's how I would sum this place up: - a yard full of dilapidated junk with uhauls parked on the road - a shack with a hungover person lying on a sofa passed out - children working the "front desk" who had no idea what was going on - the actual owners/managers off site, who had to be facetimed for directions on every little thing - struggling with the lock for 20 minutes to get the keys from the drop off box - no introduction or vehicle hand over - they didn't even check my IDs to see if I was really me Horrific experience after I already had another horrific experience. 4 hours of my life wasted.
Jessica LThey opened over an hour late. They could not figure out how to open the lockbox with the keys. They blocked in my truck and would move quickly to let me out. I got the truck 2 hours late and uhaul refunded my money.
Megyn tThe employee was a super-nice woman. Quick and efficient transaction so I could get my move completed!
