I reserved a dolly and an appliance dolly along with the moving truck. When I arrive to the location, they stated that they didn’t have them in stock and I would need to go to another location to pick it up. That was the first inconvenience. Then I report to the second location, which is supposedly the, corporate office. And the woman that attended me was very rude, she was talking on the phone with someone else while assisting me and did not have good customer service. Likewise, when I return the vehicle and equipment, it was with the same woman who was on the phone , while assisting me. Overall, I am unsure that I would utilize U-Haul again in the future or recommend it to friends and family.
