Sketchy location, clerk had no idea how to assist me when I had already done an online check-in and was trying to pick up the truck. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with 3 different U-Haul representatives getting the run around while I had already verified my reservation and matched the number on the key the clerk had with the reservation. I had to re-upload my drivers license and the app is absolutely horrible as it was asking for passport, employer information, etc. Again, I had already checked in online and everything was done. I had to call again because I obviously don’t drive around with my passport and they told me I had to put three emergency contacts in. What a complete cluster for something so simple. Also, during the chaos, I lost my drivers license while taking pictures of it and the location didn’t have it when I called about it. Horrible location.

RAFAEL MToo hard to deal with your UHaul app. It never works. We always have to call the customer services number, because your app never works. Very frustrating and takes so long.
