When we arrived the truck was locked behind a gate and we were not able to reach in anyone for almost 30 minutes. We also ordered two Dollies that did not come with the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThere is BARELY any cell service at this location for Verizon or T Mobile. Doing mobile check in was very hard due to this. Have free wifi available?
Canzaeda RCustomer service here was great but there’s no air conditioning in the building and no phone service so it lost a star for comfort while waiting for rentals. But the people were great and helped set up the tow and guide me into it
Brad SReserved two dozen moving blankets to protect my furniture; however upon showing up the pickup location told me they just let someone else have the last blankets. They left me with no other options, and were not helpful at all in resolving the issue. I made these reservations weeks and in advance.
Louis KBest uhaul location I have ever used! Friendly and professional. Thanks
