I rented a truck for 2995 and blankets for $10 and an appliance dolly for $10. I returned the truck on full and kept it under the 30 miles that we stated and somehow my bill is $233 I never agreed to that amount. This is a fraudulent charge.

Although my interactions with the employees were very good, my issues were with the vehicle itself. It did not have operational windshield wipers (hoped it wouldn’t rain). The yellow light indicator for oil was lit the entire time. It was very dirty inside the driving area. I chose the location for its convenience to my home. Again, no beef with my interactions- very helpful and easy to work with.
RICKI DI was offered $60 discount to drop this truck off in the Asheville location. I agree to this and it was switched to the actual drop off location. However, when I went to pick this truck up in Greer today, that location switched my drop off location to one in Clyde, North Carolina. This cost me extra in gas, drive time and I lost the $60 discount. Also, somehow I drove an extra 5 miles than what my contract allowed even though I did not deviate from the intended route. I have contacted customer service and I would like a refund to accommodate for the loss of the $60 discount as well as the mileage charge.
