Our truck was out of gas upon pickup, and it was very dirty: used bandaid on the ramp, scrap items leftover from the previous user, etc. The positioning of the parking lot made taking the required pickup and drop-off photos difficult. However, it was in a convenient spot for our move, being halfway between our two places.

FRANCIS SThe mobile check in was difficult.
Allyson TWe dropped off at night. So there was no personnel, but that was expected. The lighting was not the best, so it was hard to see the signs and drop box for the U-Haul parking and key drop off. But during the day, there would be no problems. Good location overall. The app was easy to use for drop off.
