Horrible communication with U-HAUL. Location spot changed last minute and then we had to drive to a different location about 15 miles away from the truck location to pickup the dollies. There was some discrepancy with the mileage on the truck from the previous renter. The wrong level of fuel was recorded too. It was only 1/4 tank when we picked up, and it said a little more than 1/4 tank on the receipt. Why does U-HAUL allow these creepy looking places to allow rentals?

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had to hook up the trailer myself. The guy told me to just take the trailer. He didn’t do any of the paperwork at all. I got a call from your company later asking me for pictures of the hook up and pictures of the delivery. The guy on the phone was great but the location didn’t know what they were doing.
