Our only negative is the location of pick up in Pennsylvania being changed. We did end up, loving the location we got changed to service was excellent.
Timothy lThe truck was a mess inside and had a sticky substance all over the steering wheel. There was no back up camera and it was very hard to navigate backing up and changing lanes.
Jesse BThe only issue that I had was the APP. When I returned my vehicle, I did the drop off via the APP and it told me to drop my keys and then I was directed to take pictures of the fuel gauge and the odometer. Luckily I kept my keys on me because I wanted to be sure that no pictures would be needed. This has to be corrected.
