I could not believe my eyes as to the filth and garbage inside the Esso station. Not a good representation for Esso.

The truck can be clean and not disgusting. The parking have a lot of snow and the truck was stock in it. After, the customer service was very long. It was very expensive for this bad service...

JOSEPH BThe gentleman who runs the U haul in New Liskeard provides service that goes above and beyond any other experience I have had from Texas, Louisiana, Alberta or BC. I have used his location twice, once for a local move, and once for a trip from New Liskeard to Victoria BC. When my second booking was coming up, and there was no 15 foot available in town, he went to the effort to source one for me in the area. While waiting for service, I have seen him helping young people with correct hookups for trailer towing behind the U haul. This gentleman (and I do not use this word lightly), is an exemplary model of the customer care you might have experienced 40 years ago in a small town, where everyone would be proud to know him. Thank you Mr. D.
