My UHaul order was moved to this location due to truck availability. I reserved a 15 foot truck but had to settle for a 10 foot truck because this location lost the truck key. The truck was fine, the service from this location and UHaul sucked.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was sent to 3 different UHaul pick-ups. Different times to pick up so I missed one of them that was the closest to house. One place after another said they didn’t have the size needed when they actually did. We were only going 209 miles so not enough money I guess. My son pressed the last place saying “so you’re telling me you don’t have this size in your lot to rent?” Funny then how they found it. But before them another in Clinton said no, then yes, “but why come this far when so-n-so has one closer to you.” It was a mess. On top of the stress of moving things that was so unnecessary to do to anyone. Associates on 800 number were all great. . I was happy with them for helping.

Mel wMake sure the truck is well serviced.
Dawn BI did not receive any help with the physical Rental. I waited an hour after informing them I needed a rental truck moved for access to the trailer I rented. Furthermore, I was asked to move the truck myself. Zero assistance in hooking up trailer to my vehicle.
