rebecca HWell the lady I rented the u haul from was beyond Great on everything answering questions and explaing things to me I did find a few things that I feel that needs to attended to but by now her fault but when I return it today I left her a note with the things that as a former professional truck driver would they were so thankful for that but like I told them if you don't drive it how are you going to know and if they are not told about they can't fix my only complaint is the right side wiper blade broke when I called roadside service that said when that happens we tell the customer to fix it and we will reimburse you but I feel like that's what roadside service is for but if the customer fixes it they don't get paid for putting it on when roadside service does it they get paid I am just saying but I felt like I could had been told this before hand not the great place I rented from fault and yes I would rent from them again you have my number if you would like to talk thankvyou
