Please ensure that customers are provided with accurate information regarding the return of their security deposits. Customers should not be advised that their deposit will be returned immediately at the drop-off location if the location does not have the necessary POS system to process the refund. I was quite concerned about this before renting the truck, as the prompt return of my deposit was an important factor in my decision to proceed with the rental. Unfortunately, my concern was justified, as the deposit was not returned to me at the time of drop-off. I strongly recommend ensuring that customers are made aware of the actual deposit refund process and any limitations at specific rental locations. Providing accurate information upfront would help prevent misunderstandings and avoid unnecessary frustration for customers.

Karl HThere is no parking and it is confusing as the drop off is at a shutdown location and you have to go across the street and find staff . Then go back across the street to drop off the equipment.
