Truck reservation wasn't visible on their database for this location according to the site owner so she wasn't there when it was time to pick up our keys. The office and truck were at two separate locations and it was very confusing. We lost a lot of time and it was very frustrating.

Lajuanna BWent to pick up truck on sunday with the app and they didnt say that you would have to drive across town multiple times because the truck isnt stored at the pick uo location and the keys are also not in the same place
Matthee MYou couldn’t really tell it was a uhaul place and the truck did not come with a lock to secure my belongings in the back. The staff was super nice. I did have to go to a different location to pick up a trailer you guys needed me to tow
