There was a full size U-haul and storage facility like within 5 minutes away from this facility that would have been much easier to drop off at since Elians was quite crowded and hard to maneuver around.

Gailey PGood quick service. Very helpful
ZORAH HI had to leave the truck in the street. Not comfortable with accommodation
DAMON TBrakes were extremely soft. Steering on the highway was a challenge. When making turns left or right the steering wheel would make a pop sound. Steering was loose. If I didnt have a time commitment to move I would have returned the truck immediately. I have rented from Uhaul in the past and had similar issues. its clear the fleet of trucks are not properly maintained. This location was an auto shop the truck was parked in a way that you could only back out of the parking lot and it was very tight. Shop refused to back out for me. Prior to all this I went to my original pickup location. My pickup was for 1030a and I was 10 minutes late. As I walked in at 10:41a i got notification that my pickup location changed to a different town, 12 miles away. Come to find out the reason was the autoshop didn't have room for the truck they gave me so Uhaul made the decision to inconvenience me and not the uhaul dealer. (The owner of the shop told me this). After all of this, I will avoid renting from Uhaul if I have other options.
