DAVID HTracy and his staff were great! We got on the road with our uhaul in minutes! The truck was clean and drove very smooth all the way from MD to SC. Definitely would recommend using Traceys for uhaul and and all car repairs!

JODIE BThe establishment was closed for the weekend, therefore no attendent was available. Using the app in that location was spotty due to reception. We tried numerous times to enter the data, take pictures of the odometer and gas level and answer the questions to no avail. We left the key and drove away. We got another message from uhaul afterward giving different instructions about scanning a barcode and dropping off the contract with the key in the drop box. Between the difficulty with the app initially and the contradicting instructions after we dropped off, I called the help number on the contract. The gentleman was very helpful and said he would take care of the drop information. After a single day of moving we were tired and this was frustrating.
