Would have preferred the attendant to remark the truck where he wanted it vs having me move it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAttendant was very nice. We stopped by the day before to make sure we would have the truck the next morning - it was there and waiting for us. It would have been nice to have the truck full of fuel and return full. Having it at a quarter tank meant we had to make a gas run, then try to estimate how much to fill on a long trip and not give U-Haul our gas.
Susan SNo place to park, dude just worked there not a uhaul employee.
Matthew BSeemed a bit chaotic and unorganized. Also felt it was overpriced.
Jenny HThis was very convenient, and it was great that they had gas there - though I was surprised that they topped up the tank with premium gas that was a dollar more a gallon than the basic gas. My only caution is that it seemed like this was not constantly staffed. I showed up about a half hour late and was surprised that they closed down right after they finished my paperwork.
