Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJeremiah (I believe this was the gentleman’s name) who I spoke to the day before pick up was super helpful!
Luke CYour agent was friendly and easy to work with. He was able to adjust (increase) the mileage allowance, due to UHaul shift in pick up location in Holyoke. I was worried from earlier interactions (phone and Holyoke location) that an agent would not be able to cut into the computer system. Thank you.
chris sWhen I pulled in the owner told me I was in the wrong place. Then I called U-Haul and they confirmed that I was not. He tried to get me to drive to another location 30 minutes away after already driving across all Massachusetts to get there. He said he didn't want anymore U-Haul trucks on his lot.
