The truck I rented had an exhaust leak, there was no muffler and the front end wandered all over the road.

Christopher CMy original reservation was for pickup and drop off to be in Holton, KS. This was changed and I had to pickup and drop off in Topeka which added to unnecessary mileage I didn't need. The location was also difficult due to the small parking lot and a gas station. This made navigating a bigger vehicle such as a uhaul challenging with multiple cars coming and going, gas pumps, and an extremely small drive through around the building with no other ways in or out. The customer service inside was great and friendly but the overall experience was less than I expected and just added to the stress of the move. Thank you
