Was hard to take pictures of vehicle at pick up due to snow.
Jessanth HPlease ensure timely snow removal from the driveway for a smooth return process. The truck had difficulty moving up the steep driveway due to the snow.
Bashkar SThe back of the truck was surprisingly clean. I placed a twin mattress onto the shelf (elevated section of the truck) and when I unloaded the mattress, I noticed the side of the mattress was wet. I'm guessing snow that accumulated on the roof of the truck leaked through some seams and melted onto the shelf. Since I returned the truck after business hours, there was nobody to report the issue to. I had to use my own snow brush to clean off the truck before taking it. It would be nice if the staff removed all the snow before customers pick up their rental vehicles. The truck was in better shape than other trucks that I've rented from other locations. It was good that the staff made sure it had windshield washer fluid and the wiper blades were in good condition.
