Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVery efficient, very nice people at the desk, overall wonderful experience and they didn't nickle and dime me on anything!
Teresa VThe backside of the van was very dirty, I could smell toilet in the back, I had to take it as I didn’t had much choice.
Sampath MThe parking lot is incredibly difficult to maneuver in and the worker was not good at relaying information at all.
Kaiden FCargo van I rented was not that clean and smelled a bit like someone before me had transported chickens or some kind of birds. Driver and passenger seats had animal hair. That said it wasn’t so bad as to prevent me from using the vehicle. There was a bit of damage apparent to bumpers and roof but I was able to document that in the app before driving the van off the lot. Everything else was good. Check in and check out did not take long and gentleman that I dealt with at the store was very pleasant and helpful.
