No. Because it took an act of congress to actually get the u haul rented. The owner called my phone when I wasn't even the one picking it up. He seemed almost rude and unprofessional

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was charged 800 for something I had no control over. The guy at the uhaul place setup my pickup and drop off locations. Wont recommend to anyone
April DHad to call 4 different numbers to find out how to drop it off. Sign said open and it was during open hours but they were not. Charged us a cleaning fee even though we dropped it off cleaner than when we picked it up
SHANNON SThe customer service was terrible, the equipment I had rented wasn’t available, there wasn’t an associate at the location even though it said it was open, when I contacted the U-HAUL representative to inform them I needed to change my reservation they directed me with what to do and the next day called back and said that I needed to move the trailer back to the location where I picked it up or I would be charged a hefty fee, and the icing on the cake was when I called to clear this up with another person that worked with U-HAUL, they were very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional, and very very disrespectful.
Justin BWhen I went and got the U-Haul the gas was sitting at a quarter tank of gas when I returned it it was sitting at almost a half a tank of gas I drove it four miles that is it they charged me $45 when I went and got it when I returned it they charged me another 85 on top of the 45 I will not be back and I will tell other people do not go there it is a joke now I see if I drove it far and kept it but I only went 4 miles
