The only thing I did not like is when I got there the person that takes care of all the Uhaul things was not there but he did take care of it over the phone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisthe ratchets for the front tire hold downs were rusty and very hard to use.
Robert HNothing comes to mind. The whole transaction was very good, beginning to end.
Michael RReturned 17hours early and did not get a refund.
Christine MI was charged a hold of $110 and only ended up paying $85. Instead of just refunding the difference he went ahead and charged for $85 on top of the $110 already on hold. The Hold still has not been refunded back to my account, not sure why a refund was just not issued instead of being double charged even though the hold will be returned it takes several days.
