Gas tank leak. Quality food mart location clerk was informed of gas tank leak upon drop off. He was notified of the gas tank leaking when I mentioned I was unable to refuel during time of drop off. Super unhelpful as if he acknowledged the mechanical issue as if he knew this was an ongoing problem. I explained to him several times in detail that I was unable to refuel prior to dropout because during the attempt the tank was spewing gasoline at the pump. He then replied and asked if I topped off the gas tank. He apparently could not comprehend what I was explaining perhaps due to language barrier on his end. Nevertheless I was charged a penalty for not refueling gas tank leak upon rental drop off.

Raymond IThis place was in a very shady area. I was told I was good to go but ended up with a charge to my card for fuel even though it was dropped off with more fuel than it had on pick up. I had to go back and argue with someone who didn't know how to read the gauge. Will not be doing this again
