We dropped off the trailer on Saturday, a day before it was due back. I called Saturday and Sunday, and again Monday morning because the trailer still wasn't checked in. Uhual charged me for two extra days even though I turned it in early and there's documentation, and we have pictures. Still waiting on my refund.
MICHAEL DIt took close to an hour to get things right. The convenient store clerk basically didn't know what he was doing. Plus, the online check-in we completed ahead of time was saying we needed to check-in. Very frustrating but over no complaints about the trailer itself.
HERBERT WMy pick up location was changed I didn’t get a text or email the place renting me the trailer wouldn’t meet me in person they wanted to do everything on the phone and spoke very poor English and made me hook up the trailer by myself that place was a dump or as I would say a shit hole! And very bad customer service
james bMake sure the quick store personnel know how to handle pickup properly. I had to take phone calls while loading because I wasn't checked out correctly.
