This was the first time I used the truck share. I found it irritating and very frustrating. I took me an hour and a half , with the help of a representative before I could log in and get the code for the truck. Hopefully I will not have to use the truck share again. I really prefer to go rent the truck in person.

Nathaniel GMy U-Haul reservation was 82204847 for a 26 footer. The Drivers Side Mirror had a broken arm when I picked it up. The mirror literally Fell Off in downtown Lowell while I was in the center lane of a 4 lane street. I have pictures of the stump with evidence of a glue repair that must have been temporary!
