The location does not exist as a Uhaul outfit. I was attended to by the manager of a gas station provision store who was so immersed in taking care of store customers that he had little time for a Uhaul client like me. The gentleman who received me was kind and sympathetic, but he was overwhelmed. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had a reservation for 6:30 am. The gas attendant had no knowledge of a U-Haul rental causing him to call someone else in with more knowledge. I waited until 7:50 am for the other person to arrive and the contract wasn’t completed until 8:10am. When I finally got to the truck it was covered in snow and iced in; unable to move. The attendant then had to dig the truck out and remove the snow. I didn’t leave there until 8:30am. The attendants were super nice but their things were not together.
GARRETT MService was really good.
SHIRVON SI was told I can pick up at 7 am but told can’t rent truck until 9 am after taking $50 cab. After calling the boss they helped but was a lot of hassle.
DAVID HI had to park the UHaul due to the cashier being the only one there. There should have been at least two people in the store. There was one person trying to handle multiple customers wanting multiple services.
