The previous week we had rented from an Annapolis, MD location. They overcharged us for gas after we put gas in the truck. Receipt sent. Also, corporate was to credit our account $50.00 for the first location last week not having the reserved truck available and they had to send us to the Annapolis location. This did not happen. We also lost over an hour of our limited time having to go through this process of locating another location to rent a truck. We had given up on UHaul's service until this location. They were easy to work with, efficient and the cleanest truck we have ever rented from UHaul. Will only use this location from now on.

Cora BAfter returning the uhaul, I had to follow up to remind them to enter in the system as uhaul returned, I was told that they will call back but nobody did. Instead I got a message days letter saying item over due and not returned.
