The cargo area had a smell of food or sauce that attracted black ants and the mirriors weren't cleaned.

RODERICK KMy experience with Mid Atlantic Outdoor Equipment was excellent. The van was in great shape and drove well. I will definitely use this location again.
ALICIA Spick up location was fine. inconvenient for our purposes, but made it work because this is the size we wanted. no offer to bring the truck closer to us for pick up. disappointing. inside back of truck was very dirty!!! spent over 1 hour cleaning the truck at home before putting my clean items inside the truck. returning the truck was also disappointing. app is under spouses email and phone. tried to return by signing in to the app, but it was not working properly. finally called the 800 number and they told me to just put the keys in the drop box. took pictures of this. not sure i want to use u-haul in the near future again.
STEPHEN PGreat people in and out !!
