Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe employee told me to take the wrong key. I took the first and second photos for the app. I decided I should pull the truck out of the extremely cramped parking spot to get the side pictures. The door would not unlock. I went to the truck next to it and the key unlocked that one. I continued with my truck check. The mileage did not match so I typed it in. It told me I couldn't accept the mileage and to see the agent. I went back in where he told me I had the wrong key. I got the correct key but could not get into the page to do more pictures. Very frustrating.
Padraic PAs a small dealer, they did everything you need. They had the truck ready, it was in good condition, and it all worked smoothly.
Richard WThe person on duty was less than thrilled to provide ANY information - this is an automated operation, I have nothing to do with it. Lovely.
Lawrence MAdam was very helpful . Everything went smooth
