Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis was by far the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul! The Old Fannin Brandon MS location was atrocious. They did not have the truck, could not help me locate the truck, and left me to figure out how to find the truck I rented at their location putting my daughter and I almost three hours behind moving her off to college. The drop off location at Watkins U-Haul Columbus MS was amazing everything went smoothly. Once we received the truck at a location an hour away from our home in Utica MS, the truck was in good shape and completed the job. The gentleman at the Utica Location was friendly and helpful. Once again I would NEVER suggest the Old Fannin Brandon MS location. By far the poorest professionalism I have ever experienced with U-Haul.
Marissa NThis uhaul experience was great. Someone on the phone at a location in Mississippi (sorry wish I could call her out by name or even the location but I don't know which one I called >~<) went way out of her way to get me the 10' uhaul I wanted even though it was a little far away, and I picked up and dropped off at both locations while they were closed so I didn't have to interact face to face with a single worker. If you're asking specifically about the Utica location itself then yeah it's run down and looks like a place you'd go to get murdered but that's pretty average for Utica so I didn't hold it against it. Got helped very helpfully > Got the truck I needed > Taking the truck was simple enough without a worker present > Dropping it off was simple as well, no workers around > My antisocial ass is pleased Thank you uhaul I now have a kickass bunk bed in the state of Louisiana
