The pickup area is a little rough, needs grading/smoothing, but otherwise okay. Ckeck in/check out process was very good. Staff very helpful.

Kristin T.The car carrier right tail lights were not functioning and the jack was extremely difficult to turn. They were aware of these issues. There was a cell tower problem and I didn't get the text to report problems until later that day. When I dropped off the vehicle I discovered that the paperwork was for a different truck with different mileage. The young people there were very polite but said that management said the broken light would "be alright".
