The blankets were not bagged, they were balled up on the floor and dirty. We asked why they weren't wrapped and were told "this is how they gave them to me, go count them out". I was not impressed. We actually only used half of them and if they had been wrapped understand that we would not have been charged for the unopened ones.

Graeme FSuper convenient location, easy pick-up & drop-off, friendly & helpful service, what more could you ask for?! If we could give 10 stars we would. Thanks, Ken!
Matthew LI needed to extend my Uhaul rental at the last minute, and the system showed not available for extension. I already walked out the office door and got to my car when Fred called me from the office to tell me to hold on while he made some calls around. After making several calls around and switching trucks around rental dates and locations, Fred managed to get me an extension on my truck. Fred went over and above to get me my truck extension. Thanks Fred! 🙏
John FHe was helpful and so nice
