Location was good and rental vehicle was also good. Only area to improve was that it was at first confusing how to access the rental, the store wasn't open and it wasn't clear to me that I had to phone the number before I could start the process. Once I phoned and made contact, it was fine. So better initial steps would be good.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe only tiny issue was that CT mart was closed when we got there. I called and I was helped through the phone and it was all great but it would've been great to know this beforehand (that the store was gonna be close) and knowing that I had to call in order to get the keys. It was a temporary panic moment but overall everything was great!
Nicole ASuper convenient having many small locations around the city. It makes u-haul an easy first choice.
dylan densure vehicle is in optimal condition and clean. Vehicle I rented had food scraps in driver's side and a dirty cargo bed, two tires had low pressure (one caused notice to appear on dash), and engine oil level was less than half.
