Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey have no box to drop off the leys afterhourr. Nor are they even open during there hours of supposed operation. Super hassle to deal with. They dont seem to care about customers at all.
Ron AHave a clearly labelled U-Haul van and mention that the license plate is different than the U-Haul tag #. The U-Haul tag # was hidden by the way the van was parked and we spent an hour looking for a van with a different license plate.
CURTIS JThey didn’t have a functioning tablet/computer to check out my order. He just told me “he’s not the owner” of the store and doesn’t know what to do. He just looked blankly indicating he can’t help me. I had to call UHaul and get this sorted myself. Most useless employee and would never rent from this location again
Greg LThe van was not in this location for 30 minutes. I had to come down there where my driver friend was waiting for the van and demand a van asap after that! And I had movers for a specific time who had to wait around and then rush everything during the time we had left and they went over their booked time with me because of the delay. This was not a fun experience. The staff at the store is a nice friendly guy but this move cost me dearly.
