Rented a Uhaul at the Emporia KS business and I was very disappointed that a day before I was scheduled to pick up there was no truck or trailer at Emporia. I would have to drive to Vassar for pick up. Then the next day drive ti Osage KS to pick up a trailer. Why tell me it would be in Emporia to pick up if it's not? I had to take time out of my packing to go pick up truck and trailer. Roger Clark

Misty was a lifesaver that can only be found in small town America. My motorcycle broke down hours from home and my wife came to pick me up. This was the only U-Haul store open on Sunday afternoon. They had sold out of receiver hitches and mine wasn't in my truck. Misty literally took the hitch off her own truck for me to use and made arrangements for her daughter to meet me along the way home so we could return it. The E-Store may lack some amenities of more urban stores, but they will go out of their way to help folks who are in a pickle.
