Extremely simple process.
DENNIS SWell I needed a 6' wide trailer to haul a side by side. I measured the bed and it was like 6' 1/4" that was good because I needed 5'10". So I was good to go. Drove 2 hours to the pick up point to discover the poor rear design of the U-Haul trailer that was advertised as 6' came up to be about 7" too narrow. We called around to other lo0cations to see if they could help out and none of them seemed interested about helping. I drove the 2hours back and explained what happened and their response was " Oh sorry it didn't work out ". I'm sure the belief would be it's my fault so I'll just take it as lesson learned. So going forward it will be Hertz or whatever is U-Hauls competion.
ROBERT CThe app failed for easy pick up. Had me waiting in the cold for 15 mins for it to verify everything and it wouldn't. Went inside instead and the ladies were amazing.
William HAfter a big snow I would expect that the facility would dig out and clean off the trucks so that the renters can get to it. We had to try and dig ourselves out but had to ask them for help. They had dug out all the other trucks except ours.
