The jovial oversized counter fellow was quite professional and detailed in his explanations. He even threw in a smile to be cordial.
WILBUR HWas having trouble picking up with the app; would not let me take photos of the truck. Apparently it's a known issue to U-Haul, so maybe fix the app. That said, the location was fine. Wish there was a spot to park my car while I had my truck for the day, though.
