Nothing really
TOMMY PJennifer went out of her way to help us with our rental after encountering issues. Line of communication was top notch.
JENNIFER CThis was an after hours drop off. However it was not the location I selected. U-Haul needed trucks in this area and I had no choice but to drive 30 minutes vs 4 minutes to my original location so they could get the truck back. Then you had to take photos of the truck but the app kept rejecting the photos. Took 20 minutes to take photos the app would accept. Ridiculous
