The padlock was positioned in such a way that the combination being entered couldn't be seen, resulting in a wait of several hours for the business owner to arrive and open the storage unit to get the truck key.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis place was great. The place that wasn't great was the location at 935 S Santa Fe Ave, Vista, CA 92083, which I went to initially drop off the truck. I showed up around 2:30pm when they were supposed to close at 4pm, but they were already closed. A real pain. But Country Market and Liquor was great, the drop off was quick and easy!
David Hit was very unfortunate that your customer service forced me to drive longer to another place when I had already set a place close to me. your customer service representative was very rude and put me on hold for over 15 minutes and was not willing to understand the problem she caused me. I am very dissatisfied with my last experience with your company. you can contact me if you care.
Houman ELady was rude and ignored my family.
