The check in was not professional at all. The employee was late, asked to have my popcorn out of my car, couldn't sign on to any of the computers in offices, and finally got logged in on his phone. I wasn't comfortable giving all of my info to a personal phone. He assured me it was a company phone. My reservation was for 9am and for 8 hours. I didn't get the sign in done until 9:30 and had to have it back by 5 which cut me short of one last trip in order to have it back by 5pm. The van, on the other hand, was just what I needed and ran well.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was hard to find. There was no outside signage. When we finally found the right person to help us in the barber school they were good. The equipment was clean and well maintained
Pat MAdd another step to help people in and out the truck, the space between the ground and the step is a little to high I all most fell while getting into the truck and out of the truck.
arletter mIt was a great experience
Kevin GChampions U Hall is an excellent location to rent a truck. Stephen is extremely professional and he went the extra mile helping me get set up for a local move in their daily truck rental.
