I waited for an hour in the office while the shop employee called their internet provider to pay the bill so he could pull up my rental reservation. He offered no remorse or reimbursement. I will never use them again.

Charles T.Equipment was dirty and greasy and well used. However, the equipment functioned as expected. Had to call the person upon arrival and waited while he responded. He was very helpful and got the job done.
