make sure customers are quoted correct prices at time of reservation so your NOT charged more when you go to get it ? telling people that rent a truck for 24 hours , that you location will be closed the next day and explaining properly how to check truck back in ? I made a reservation for a truck i was quoted 29.95 a day , When I went to pick it up , all of a sudden it was 39.95 a day , I took insurance 14.95 , I explained i wasnt going far and would have it back next morning , the guy I was dealing with never said a thing about being closed the next day ? Told me I was Good To Go > I come back next morning at 9am and store was closed , i left the rental parked where I found it the day before and took my truck home and contacted uhaul.com and told them to leave a note on the computer that i had returned the truck sunday morning , but today when i went there again at 9:30am they told me I was being charged over 200$ ? After lots of complaining my original quote of 29.95 a day resulted in a bill $148.59 , When I questioned your representative in regards to the lack of information i was provided in regards to my rental , she started telling me it was company policy and she had nothing to do with my billing and that any confusion on my part was for lack of reading my contract ? total bullshit from start to finish , Aloha ~

First they could not find the truck I was to rent- then they found it and brought it to the front of the store- I looked into the cab and there was mud/dirt on the drivers’ side and dust all over the console- the back of the cab had dirt - leaves- chicken poop- and left over hay- the mat for the flat bed was pulled and wrinkle— the truck was just dirty! I went back I to the store and this lady came out with me and she said That this was just wear on the floor - Drivers’ side- I said that is MUD- “Look at the Bed”. She did not say anything-“. She was trying to give me a truck- that they did not clean up! I had rented this truck- same one- a month a go and it was really clean- Who ever had it before me- screwed/wrinkled the Bed if it.” She just looked at me- I went into the Store after K checked out he Van and asked for it- Then I got a text - and because I would have to do a new contract- I said I had to go- J will just take the truck- A month ago when I rented the truck I got a call and she said- that she was sorry- but it had been double booked- I let that go and just made another Date- 69.00 dollars for 34 miles is way too expensive- you can rent a clean truck for a day- miles unlimited- for less! This girl knew what she was doing when she gave me the truck- I just called her on it- This ALL was very disappointing- I will not go back there again- and I will tell anyone I know- they need to avoid this rental place. Not one person apologized-

Make sure employees do a walk around the vehicle with the customer prior to the customer taking the rental.

The people working there are not very professional, their computer was down which made me loose time, but they did not apologize or offer to give me the time lost. Other than that it was ok.

Truck was great. Improvement would be a bed liner that is sealed at the base of the tailgate. Items I was pulling from the bed kept getting stuck in the gap between the liner and the gate.
