I return this truck on 10/3 and ten days later I got a bill for over $100.00 dollars than what I was quoted for a local truck. I have submitted a complaint with U-HAUL directly.

Amir HThe Uhaul app didn't work and when I tried to pick up my truck, it kept bringing to a dead link. I had to contact customer service and finally got the truck picked up but only after an hour. The location didn't include my blankets and when I was directed to another location to get the blankets they told me I would have to pay for the blankets but they had to be returned to the same location. Since this was a one way rental that was not an option. I needed up moving without any blankets. The delay caused me to get driving later.
Kenneth FGreat pickup and return process.
