Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhere are the people? How can you have great customer service without people?
James DI did not choose this location, but had my reservation changed to here. First of all, only online check-in was available, which was not what I wanted when I reserved a vehicle. Second, this location only had two Uhaul trucks and then the rest of the parking lot contained supplies and vehicles for their business. It felt like I was either in the wrong place or did not belong there when I pulled up.
Jessica KThe person who set up the U-Haul took an excessive amt of time, set up 4 diff trucks and had to be told twice to remove 3 of them as we only needed 1. We had to pickup at a diff location than told.
GLENN BNo one was at the drop off location so we took pictures to confirm that we dropped the trailer at the designated location.
