We received the best possible experience. He owner was polite and well spoken. He processed the paperwork and throughly explained each section. I have rented Uhauls many times and can say this is now my go to location when I have Uhaul needs. Highly recommend this location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey persons that checked us in and was very nice
Clayton SStaff had to call another person not at location to set me up. It took an hour. One in particular was very rude. The truck is showing its wear for sure. Although it did its job! Driver mirror is loose. Kept pointing to the ground. Multiple times while driving i had go roll down the window to push it back up. I made my reservation elsewhere and was called and asked to switch locations. I had made my reservation weeks in advance though. I paid movers for 8pm. My reservation pick up was 7:30pm. I did not get the truck to my house until 9:30pm. Movers got an hour and a half free money. Horrible and costly experience
